Now you get DOT tickets and commuter card in one app

There's a new app for you, that makes it easy to buy all types of tickets for bus, train and metro - including your commuter card. With the new DOT Tickets app you'll have every ticket right in your hand.

 

Do you need help with the new app?

If you already use the DOT Mobilpendlerkort app

Start by updating your DOT Mobilpendlerkort app.

After the update your commuter card app will be the DOT Tickets app.

How to retrieve your commuter card in the DOT Tickets app

  1. Type in your phone number in the DOT Tickets app.
  2. Follow the instructions in the app to recreate your user profile via e-mail.
  3. When you have typed in your e-mail address you will receive an e-mail with a link. (Use the e-mail from your profile in the DOT commuter card app.)
  4. Open the e-mail on your phone and follow the link.
  5. You will now be sent back to the app, which will now contain your commuter card.
  6. Type in your payment details (for security reasons these are not automatically transfered).
  7. If the information is not correct, you can only retrieve your valid commuter card into the new app by contacting DOT customer service by phone: +45 70 15 70 00 (press 1, 2 or 3 - all companies can help with apps).

Your valid commuter card will be available in the DOT Mobilpendlerkort app until the app is updated to the new DOT Tickets app.

If you are a new user

Download the app DOT Tickets from App Store or Google Play.

 

How to create a new user profile for the DOT Tickets app

  1. Open the DOT Tickets app
  2. Type in your phone number and press continue.
  3. Type in the received text message press continue.
  4. Type in your personal information under Profile in the upper left corner.
  5. Press Payment and then Add a new card to add your debit card.
  6. You are now ready to buy tickets and your commuter card in the app.
