Commuter card for short journeys

The Commuter Pass for short journeys is for those who travel more than 26 times (13 days with round trips) a month on the same line.

For short journeys between 2-8 zones, the Commuter Pass with fixed zones is issued in accordance with the transit principle. You can use the card for an unlimited number of journeys in the connected zone numbers and during the period in which the card is valid (from 30-60 days).

The Commuter Pass can be issued to adults and children. The Commuter Pass is also issued for first class when purchasing a fixed supplement to the Commuter Pass during the validity period.

Commuter Pass for 2-8 zones can be purchased:

Use and validity

You pay a fixed price for the number of zones on your Commuter Pass.

The valid zones are displayed on the Mobile Commuter Pass. On the Rejsekort, you can view your valid zones on the Rejsekort ATMs or on your personal page on www.rejsekort.dk.

The validity of a Commuter Pass is from 30 to 60 days. In the DSB app, the validity period is a maximum of 59 days. The validity period starts at 00:00 on the first day of validity of the pass. The period ends at 04:00 after the last day of validity (at 23:59 for Commuter Card on Rejsekort).

The Commuter Pass is a personal card and must therefore only be used by the person to whom it was issued. Information in the card must not be corrected or added. See also section 9 on ‘Misuse of tickets and cards’.

The principle of passage

When traveling on a Commuter Pass for short journeys (2-8 zones), you pay for the number of zones you travel in. However, a Commuter Pass must be valid for at least two zones.

The selected zones must always be connected.

On a 3-zone Commuter Pass, you can therefore only travel in the three zone numbers shown on the card.
