If you don't need your City Pass after all, you can get a refund before your City Pass becomes valid.

Here's how:

Open the DOT Tickets app and find your City Pass receipt in the app: Go to 'My DOT', tap the gear icon 'Profile & receipts', and locate the receipt under 'Purchase history'.
Alternatively, you can call us at 7015 7000 (select any form of transportation after calling).

Processing time:

We will refund the money to your payment card (for purchases made in the DOT Tickets app) or transfer it to your NemKonto (a dedicated Danish bank account). For refunds to your NemKonto, it usually takes about five days for the amount to be paid into your account.

If your City Pass is already valid, you cannot get a refund.

If your City Pass is valid or has been valid, you cannot get a refund unless you were unable to use the ticket due to technical issues. In that case, you can call us at 7015 7000.
