Travel Time Guarantee for trains
Here you can see the rules for travel guarantee for DSB trains inland and abroad.
DSB Basic Travel Time Guarantee
If you have been delayed for more than 30 minutes on a journey, you can get compensation via the DSB Basic Travel Time Guarantee when you have travelled with DSB long distance or regional trains in Denmark with ticket, zone card, Rejsekort or Bus & Train Annual Pass.

DSB Commuter Travel Time Guarantee
If you travel with a Commuter Pass, Rejsekort Commuter Pass, Season Pass, Youth Pass, Business Travel Pass, Bus & Train Annual Pass or other passes that are valid for at least 30 days, you must register for the DSB Commuter Travel Time Guarantee.

DSB International Travel Time Guarantee
If you travel with DSB on an international ticket and are delayed by 60 minutes or more on your journey, you can get compensation from DSB. If you have purchased the ticket abroad, e.g. from DB, please contact the sales outlet where you purchased the ticket or the railway service in that country.
