Refund for tickets
Tickets valid from the time of purchase
You cannot get refunds on tickets that are valid immediately from the time of purchase. This applies, for example, to tickets purchased in DOT Tickets app, DOT SMS Tickets, on the bus or from Metro ticket vending machines.
Refund for train tickets
If you have purchased tickets that you do not need, in many cases you will have the opportunity to get the tickets refunded.

Refund for mobile tickets
In general, mobile tickets cannot be refunded. There might be exceptions for mobile tickets in case of technical difficulties or downtime at the transport companies, without the possibility of replacement transport. This can only be done by contacting one of the transport companies’ customer service centres and only if the ticket has not been used.
Mobile tickets that have been pre-ordered, i.e. purchased on this website before the day of use, can be cancelled by contacting one of the transport companies’ customer service centres no later than 24 hours before the start of validity.
