The Appeals Board for Bus, Train And Metro

If you are not satisfied with a decision concerning an inspection fee you may appeal to The Appeals Board for Bus, Train And Metro.

The Appeals Board is an independent board with a judge as chair. The Board was established by the parties in the bus, train and metro cooperation and the Danish Consumer Council.

The Board deals with complaints from customers about decisions made by a transport company about a financial transaction with the customer. If you wish to complain about such a decision, you can do so via the Appeals Board.

Note!

You can only file a complaint with the Appeals Board when you have made a written enquiry to the transport operator that should handle your complaint.
