Did you receive an inspection fee?
You will receive an inspection fee if the staff on the bus, train or metro assess that you do not have a valid ticket or travel pass for your journey.
If you wish to complain about your inspection fee, you may contact us online through the forms or in writing by letter to the below addresses.

- If you received an inspection fee on a bus
- If you received an inspection fee on a DSB train
- If you received an inspection fee in the Metro
- If you received an inspection fee on a local train (In Danish. Go to "Andre henvendelser" and choose "Kontrolafgifter" )
Note: The complaint must be submitted no later than 14 days after the inspection fee was issued.
The price of an inspection fee cannot be reduced even if you are a student, apprentice, cash welfare benefit recipient or pensioner.
