Contact Movia customer service
Contact DSB customer service (form in Danish – select 'DOT' and 'Teknisk udfordring' (technical issue)

Yes, when it's cold outside, the heat is turned on in the bus, and the temperature will be 20 degrees Celcius on average.
If you are in doubt as to how many zones your ticket must be valid for, you can look up your journey on journeyplanner.dk. Under 'Price', you can see how many zones you will be travelling through and whether you will get a time discount when using Rejsekort.
If you don't look like someone who is going to take the bus, you risk that the driver will not notice you and drive on. If, for example, you remain seated at the bus stop, or are occupied with your mobile phone when the bus approaches, the bus might not stop. If it is dark, wearing reflectors is a good idea or you can turn on the flashlight on your phone so that the driver can see you better.
